By making this payment, you (the retreat participant) agree to the Terms & Conditions on this page, and understand that:
All retreat payments are non-refundable, and exceptions cannot be made. If canceling more than 90 days prior to the retreat start date, your package is transferable to a future Bali retreat, less a $500 non-refundable deposit that is retained by the organizer and will not be credited toward the future retreat. Transferred packages must be applied to one of the next two Bali retreats offered by the organizer, subject to availability, and will expire if not used. There is no guarantee that the organizer will host a future Bali retreat; if no future retreat is offered, the credit will expire and is non-refundable.
Alternatively, you may sell your package yourself at the value purchased to another individual or change the name on the package, in which case no deposit is retained; however, you are responsible for handling the exchange of money privately and must notify us of the package transfer. If you choose to sell your reservation, we will happily attempt to connect you to someone on the waitlist, but are unable to process any refunds or charges of any kind.
If canceling within 90 days of the retreat start, all packages are non-refundable and non-transferable, with zero exceptions. Should a payment be more than 7 days late, the organizer has the right to cancel the package.
